4. Product Description
We primarily sell Domain Validated (DV) SSL certificates. After domain validation is complete, the certificate is generally issued within 5-10 minutes and is available for immediate download via the customer dashboard.
5. Pricing and Additional Costs
Product prices are as listed on each product page. All prices are listed exclusive of tax. A 10% Japanese consumption tax will be added for customers residing in Japan. No delivery or handling fees apply as the product is digitally delivered.
6. Accepted Payment Methods and Payment Period
We accept credit and debit card payments via Stripe, as well as PayPal.
Customers are required to complete payment within 24 hours of placing an order. Once the payment is confirmed, the SSL certificate issuance process will begin automatically online.
Orders that remain unpaid after 24 hours will be considered invalid and will be automatically canceled by the system.
7. Delivery Timeline
SSL certificates are issued within 5-10 minutes after successful domain ownership validation and are available immediately for download.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
All SSL certificates are eligible for unconditional refunds within 30 days of issuance. Please contact us via the live chat icon or by submitting a support ticket. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds are not accepted after 30 days.
9. Purchase Conditions
Only individuals aged 18 or older are eligible to purchase. Certificate issuance requires successful domain ownership validation.
