Credit or Debit Card Charged Twice

If two similar charges appear, it may be a pre-authorization, payment retry, or temporary bank hold.

What to Do

  1. Wait for the bank to finalize the transaction.
  2. Check whether 12SSL created only one successful payment.
  3. If both charges were captured, contact 12SSL support.

Provide the order number, payment time, amount, and payment method. Do not send the full card number.
